Care

This piece is crafted from natural materials and should be handled with care to preserve its structure and finish. Avoid overfilling to maintain the shape of the tote.

Keep away from prolonged contact with cosmetics, perfume, oils, and chemical substances, as these may affect the material’s surface or transfer color. Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or excessive moisture.

If the exterior leather becomes wet or marked, gently wipe with a soft, light-colored cotton cloth. Do not use soap, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. For deeper care, we recommend professional leather cleaning.

The mulberry paper leather lining is waterproof and cleanable. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and allow to air dry naturally.

When not in use, store the tote upright in its dust bag and lightly fill with paper to help preserve its form. Avoid folding straps or handles for long-term storage.
Return & Exchange

All wholesale orders are produced in small batches and often manufactured specifically for each retailer following order confirmation and color selection.

As a result, all wholesale sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:

If a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at ComeUnity’s discretion.

We encourage retailers to review all product specifications, materials, pricing, and order quantities prior to production approval.
